To resist acids and alkaline corrosives, we have two varieties of storage; 18-gauge steel cabinets or non-metallic laminated cabinets. All standard models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, reinforced spill-catcher shelves, leak proof sills, 3-point latching doors and self-leveling feet.

Justrite Safety "Compac" Cabinets

Justrite "Compac" Cabinets safely store up to 15 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids.  These FM-approved cabinets can be used under a counter or as stand-alone units.

Our one-pint to one-gallon models feature a fixed handle with a trigger release cap for filling and pouring. Our two- to five-gallon models feature a swinging handle designed for easy handling of 60-pound+ loads.

The Justrite Type II Cans have two openings. One for pouring, one for filling. They feature a built-in flexible metal hose ideal for smooth, accurate, spill-free pouring into small openings like those you might find in bottles, plunger cans and small engines. A rear opening permits convenient filling.

The Justrite Plunger Cans help you quickly, easily moisten cleaning cloths or swabs.  Pushing down fills upper pan for moistening.  Surplus liquid drains safely back into reservoir.  Pump assembly is brass.  The perforated pan screen services as a flame arrester.  Top rims have molded edge protectors for smooth, trouble-free moistening.  Available in terne plate or high-density polyethylene construction.   

Justrite Safety Bench Cans

The Justrite Bench Cans provide an easy means of cleaning small parts in solvents.  Simply place work on spring loaded, perforated dasher plate, press down and agitate, then release to return dasher to drain position.  Plated steel dasher is an effective flame arrester.  Hinged cover minimizes evaporation losses.  Protected rim reduces possibility of hand injury.  Optional parts basket available.

Round construction and elevated bottom encourage circulation of air around can to disperse heat and prevent spontaneous combustion. One-piece cover facilitates the use of collection bags.

Rotary transfer pump for petroleum and general solvents.  8 ft. antistatic hose, 3/4-inch nozzle.

Justrite Safety Drum Vents and Accessories 

Safety Fill Vents and Funnels facilitate waste solvent disposal, while offering protection.  Fits two-inch bung opening.  Cast brass or high-density polyethylene with six-inch flame arrester.  Automatic pressure and vacuum relief.  Cap with safety chain to prevent loss.  High-density polyethylene funnel has full nine-inch diameter to eliminate spills. 

Justrite Safety Cleaning Tanks

The Justrite Floor-Standing Rinse Tanks provide a generously-sized space where larger parts (up to 35 inches wide) can be immersed.  The self closing cover is foot-treadle operated so it can be opened by a worker with both hands full.   An adjustable-rate pneumatic check prevents the cover from slamming shut instantly (and catching a hand) when the treadle is released.  Thank height is 33 inches, convenient for access whether standing or seated.  Heavy terne plate construction; 3/4-inch drain plug.  Sediment screens and parts baskets optional.

The Justrite Twin-Chamber Rinse Tanks allow workers to remove heavy grime on one side; do the final rinse in clean solvent on the other side.  Each chamber has its own 3/4-inch drain plug.  working height and treadle operation mechanism same as single chamber rinse tanks.  Heavy terne plate construction. 

Justrite Hazardous Waste Accumulation & Disposal Outdoor Storage Cabinets 

These weatherproof cabinets can be used to accumulate a wide range of hazardous waste materials. 55-gallon drum storage capacity ranges from two to six drums. Vault-style cabinets feature heave 12-gauge steel walls and roof welded for strength, weather-resistant exterior finish and chemical-resistant interior finish. Extra wide door with three-point locking system allows for easy loading and removal of single drums or full skids.

*FM-approved except for the storage of Class 1A or dispensing of Class 1B flammable liquids as defined by NFPA 30.

In addition to having the same standard features as all outdooor cabinets, the walls and roof of the Fire-Rated units are lined with 3/4-inch UL Ultra Code Core Gypsum, thus permitting them to be placed closer to a building. Two-hour fire-rated wallls and door.

Designed for use in a weather-protected environment, low profile pallets provide the spill containment necessary to protect against leaking damaged drums. Multi-use pallets are ideal for material handling, satellite waste accumulation, dispensing, spill control, and cleanup. All units are easily handled from with a standard forklift.

These secondary containment storage centers offer a safe and affordable system or accumulating hazardous liquids.  Leaks or overspills collect in outer containment package, thereby elimination the potential for environmental contamination.  Indoor models consist of a 66-gallon polyethylene outer secondary container and 55-gallon inner polyethylene or steel primary container.  Outdoor models have a 95-gallon outer secondary container with "twist-on" lid and a 55-gallon inner primary container, available in polyethylene or steel.  All models feature translucent sidewalls to allow visual leak detection.  Poly funnel and four-wheeled drum dolly to provide portability are included with all models.  Exceeds EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175.
